At this time, we are looking for 13 volunteers who would be interested in assisting with this event. Should you be interested, please reach out to me (t.baxter@dreamstakeflight.ca) with your availability between 4:00 pm and 9:30 pm on May 4th, 2023. Selection of volunteers for this event will be based on the order in which e-mails are received providing a « yes, interested » response, along with hours of availability. Closer to the event, I will provide a schedule for those selected.
In addition, our fundraising team is hard at work preparing gift baskets for the event. Should anyone have items that could be donated to contribute to the building of these gift baskets, please reach out to Cloe Hunter at c.hunter@dreamstakeflight.
